How do I know if I have an Andersen handle?
Look for Andersen stamped on the escutcheon plate behind the handle.
How can I tell how old my Andersen handle is?
Remove the handle and look at the part that fits into the escutcheon plate. If the end is thick, the handle was manufactured in 1998 or earlier. Newer handles have a thinner end. See the difference between old and new handles.
What sizes are available?
Door handle extenders for Andersen handles are available in 1-1/2″, 2″, and 2-3/4″ sizes.
Can I get an extender that matches my existing hardware?
